We sell both lamb and hogget, a lamb is up to 12 months of age, ideal for most cooking preferences, hogget is between 12 and 24 months of age, an ideal slow cooking joint.  The meat has an exceptional fullness of flavour and leanness. Lamb can be purchased in a Whole Lamb, 1/2 Lamb, 1/4 Lamb or individual joints. All joints are vacuum packed to keep in freshness and avoid freezer burn. Below are the standard cuts you will find in each Lamb or Hogget box.  Prices will vary according to weight, just let us know your price range.
